Concurrently maintaining a full-time position as a veterinary technician at a prominent local animal hospital, Craig immersed himself in the industry, gaining comprehensive insights from the ground level. His dedication extended beyond routine responsibilities, encompassing customer service one night a week and utilizing technical and repair expertise to optimize operational efficiency. With a robust 15-year tenure in the veterinary field, Craig made the commendable decision to transition into the role of a full-time manager at our original location. His professional journey has been characterized by continuous growth, fostering meaningful relationships with community industry leaders.
